EVENTS REGISTRATION

1 - By attending or participating in any activity held by Lusail Circuit Sports Club (“LCSC”) including but not limited to practice sessions, private test sessions, official test sessions, exhibitions, competitive racing events, or any other events, the Undersigned confirms and fully understands and unconditionally accepts to be bound and to observe all Rules. For the purposes of this paragraph, “Rules” shall mean any and all statutes, regulations, instructions, codes, rules, guidelines, resolutions, decisions, terms and conditions promulgated or passed by LCSC and its affiliated bodies and partners at any time.

2 - The Undersigned confirms that i) they are physically and mentally fit to participate in the event they are attending and ii) they are fully aware of, appreciate, recognize and accept the risks inherent to participation in the event, and the possibilities of accidents, including both physical injury and death which could happen to the Undersigned personally in the event of crashing or some other accident. This also includes injuries or death resulting from medical, clinical, or surgical interventions performed by physicians, paramedics, or medical personnel either at LCSC or at a hospital or treatment facility. Undersigned’s participation in the event and in any activity ancillary or connected thereto is and shall be at his / her own sole risk, hazard and responsibility.

3 - In consideration of the aforesaid, and to the fullest extent as permitted by law, the Undersigned hereby waives any right against, discharge and promise not to sue, release, exonerate, each of LCSC (or any parent, subsidiary, or associate company), LCSC’s suppliers or partners, the events’ or tests’ organisers or promoters, their respective affiliated companies, licensees, sponsors and/or suppliers, officers, employees, contractors and agents, the officers and employees of such contractors and agents and the successors and assigns of each of these persons and entities (collectively referred to as the “Released Parties”) in respect of any liability whatsoever towards the Undersigned for any loss, damage or injury that may be sustained by the Undersigned, his / her heirs or assigns, or to his / her property howsoever caused (including, without limitation, when the Undersigned claim or contend that they were caused by a dangerous or defective condition of the Released Parties’ property, facilities or equipment) while taking part in any event (including, without limitation, communication activities, technical services, transportation, travel, accommodation on the occasion of the event or ancillary activities or services), even where such loss or damage is caused by the negligence of the Released Parties. This release and waiver applies to all risks of nervous shock, personal injury, death, permanent or temporary disablement, loss or property damage, including risks that are not presently known or not reasonably foreseeable, that result from Undersigned’s own actions or inactions or the actions or inactions of the Released Parties or others (which may include negligent operations or any other negligent acts), the conditions of the circuits or tracks and/or of any equipment used in connection with the event.

4 – The Undersigned hereby undertakes to indemnify and hold harmless each of the Released Parties from and against any and all damages, losses, liabilities, actions, suits, claims (actual or threatened), demands and judgments, and fees, cost and expenses whatsoever which any of them have or can, shall or may have hereafter by reason of any matter or cause whatsoever arising directly or indirectly out of the above services or any other activities performed by the Undersigned in connection with the event (including, without limitation, claims for nervous shock or personal injury, death, permanent or temporary disablement, loss or property damage, including risks that are not presently known or not reasonably foreseeable), as well as any amounts which the Released Parties may pay as settlement or compromise of any such claims or liabilities

5 - To the fullest extent as permitted by the applicable law, the release and indemnity contained in this Undertaking shall be binding on me and on my heirs and successors in title (be they minor or otherwise legally incapable) and is not limited nor affected by any other release and/or indemnity granted by the Undersigned to whomsoever

6 - The Undersigned confirms that no external promises, verbal assurances, or separate communications shall alter the meaning or enforceability of this document. The Released Parties shall not be held liable for any force majeure, political unrest, or operational disruptions.

7 - This Undertaking is governed and construed in accordance with the laws of Qatar.

8 - The Undersigned signs this Undertaking voluntarily with full awareness of its implications and confirms he/she are not entitled to transfer, challenge or modify the terms through any external means or representation.

9 - LCSC reserves the right to photograph and/or film the public activities, including participants’ vehicles, motorcycles and bikes within the circuit premises, and to use such images or footage for promotional, marketing, or advertising purposes related to the circuit and its events.

10 - The undersigned acknowledges that photographs and video recordings may be taken during public events at the circuit. By attending, you consent to the use of your photo or video recordings for legitimate purposes by the circuit.
